The symbol you have entered is not available on your exchange subscription. To access the data on the symbol you will need to call 1800 633 398 to add the relevant exchange to your PocketWatch subscription.

The symbol you have entered is not valid. Edit and enter the correct symbol, click here to download the Symbol Guide or call PocketWatch Customer Care on 1800 633 398 if you do not know the correct symbol.

Your login does not have access to Market Depth. You will need to upgrade your PocketWatch access level. Call 1800 633 398 to upgrade.

The username and/or password has been entered incorrectly. Go to Menu > Settings and enter the correct username and password. If you are unsure what this is, please call PocketWatch Customer Care on 1800 633 398.
